Before Your Appointment:
-Please ensure you’ve given me all the necessary details for your tattoo design.
-My Instagram has instructions on the details I need for booking a tattoo in case anything has been forgotten. There is a Highlight labelled How2Book.
-Please do your utmost to ensure you’re able to make it to the scheduled appointment date. Booking a tentative appointment knowing that you may be called into work & can reschedule with me often means I am struggling to fill the spot & have turned others away from that date. I am a one-person business & that requires a lot of extra work on my part.
However, I understand life happens & if something changes please let me know as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements. I am not unreasonable, I just ask for consideration in your commitment.
-More than 1 rescheduled appointment will result in a forfeit deposit & I’ll need to receive a new deposit to book you in again.
-Get a good night’s sleep & eat a hearty meal beforehand. Bring some water & sugar with you in case you get light-headed.
-Check yourself. If you have any symptoms of illness please let me know as soon as possible so we may reschedule.
-Deposits are non-refundable. If you miss your appointment (for non-emergency/health reasons) this costs me a very necessary ability to earn income, and your deposit will be forfeit. The same goes for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice (except in urgent situations, at my discretion). Please take my time as seriously as I take yours.
-Please try to be as punctual as possible. Some days are heavily booked & I can’t always accommodate the extra time. In certain circumstances you may lose your spot/deposit.
-Any more than 30 minutes late will entail a cancelation. No-shows or last-minute cancelations, along with changing your mind day-of, are NOT options. Barring an emergency, you will lose your deposit & I may choose to no longer work with you.

At Your Appointment
-Arrive on time & preferably alone. If you are early you will need to wait outside. If you need a friend with you I humbly ask that they respect that the tattoo experience is between myself & the client, & they are just there for moral support.
-We are located on the 2nd floor, the door that says Be Nice Or Leave to your left. Knock audibly on that door UPSTAIRS at your appointed time & you will be let in once I am ready. Please don’t come up early or message me to let me know you’re here. Just knock (unless there’s a issue).
-I will be reducing masking in the shop this summer. I am counting on you to let me know ahead of time if you have any symptoms or exposures, or work in a risky environment & would prefer both of us to mask. Don't hesitate to let your preferences be known.
-While you wait I will have you scan a QR code for the consent waiver with your phone. If you are unable to fill out a digital waiver this way I can email it ahead of time.
-Snacks/drinks are welcome & are helpful for keeping your endurance during the tattoo.
-Cash is the preferred method of payment. There are banks & ATMs nearby.

-I am fully vaccinated! (Yay)
-There are convenience stores nearby if you need an ATM, masks, & immediate snacks.
-Nearby stores you may need access to: Shoppers Drug Mart, No Frills, 241 Pizza. Banks: CIBC, Royal, TD, Scotiabank.
-There is Green P street parking available on Parliament. It is $3/hr with a 3 hr limit. There is free street parking available on Spruce St, one block north of the shop. There is a thrift store parking lot on Gerrard as well that we sometimes park in despite the signage, but no guarantees with this one.
-Tips are always appreciated but not expected :)
